Dr.Peter Gariaev

Dr.Peter Gariaev is the Director of Wave Genetics Institute, Russia, Moscow. After decades of experiments, he developed a theory called "Fractal Representation of Natural (human) and our Genetic Language". Dr. Peter is also credited for his invention of the "Quantum Bio Computer".
